La Circular Única exige que quienes suscriben reportes ante Supersalud cuenten con certificado de firma digital vigente. Certicámara emite el certificado correcto para cada rol y cada trámite. Sin rechazos.

Tu entidad tiene obligaciones ante Supersalud. La firma digital es el primer paso para cumplirlas.

Los reportes ante Supersalud requieren firma digital con validez jurídica plena. Sin el certificado correcto, el archivo es rechazado. Sin el firmante correcto, el reporte no tiene efecto legal. Certicámara es la entidad certificadora acreditada por ONAC que te garantiza el certificado adecuado para cada obligación.

Cada firmante requiere su propio certificado digital activo. No es posible usar el mismo certificado para roles distintos ni firmar el mismo documento dos veces con el mismo certificado. Certicámara te asesora para identificar exactamente qué certificados necesita tu entidad.

La plataforma de Supersalud requiere tiempo para reconocer un certificado nuevo una vez emitido. Solicitarlo el mismo día del reporte compromete el cargue exitoso. Certicámara te ayuda a planear con tiempo y sin carreras de último momento.

¿Por qué el archivo puede ser rechazado si firma el mismo funcionario dos veces?
La plataforma de Supersalud no permite que un mismo certificado digital firme el mismo documento más de una vez. Cada firma debe provenir de un certificado diferente, asociado a un firmante distinto: representante legal, contador, revisor fiscal u otro autorizado. 
¿Cuándo vence el certificado y cómo me avisan para renovarlo?

Sí. El certificado de firma digital de Certicámara tiene validez jurídica plena bajo la Ley 527 de 1999 y funciona en VUCE, DIAN, contratación estatal, plataformas financieras y cualquier sistema que acepte firma digital con respaldo de entidad certificadora acreditada por ONAC.

¿Qué hago si adquirí el certificado el mismo día del reporte?
Contacta de inmediato al equipo de soporte de Certicámara. Si la plataforma aún no lo reconoce, deberás gestionar una prórroga ante Supersalud. Para evitar esta situación, solicita y activa tu certificado con suficiente anticipación antes de la fecha límite de reporte.
¿Cuándo vence el certificado y cómo me avisan para renovarlo?
Los certificados tienen vigencia de 1 o 2 años según el plan adquirido. Certicámara envía alertas por correo electrónico antes del vencimiento para que renueves con tiempo. Con la renovación anticipada, el nuevo certificado se activa automáticamente al vencer el actual, sin interrupción ni doble cobro.
